How we run every project, in four phases.
We publish our full method because in technology most problems do not start in the code; they start with unclear agreements at the beginning. In every phase, security is part of the work, not a later review.

Diagnostic
A structured conversation about your operation, not about technology: which processes take the most time, what information they handle, who accesses it and what has been tried before.
At the end you get one of three answers: we can solve this and here is how; another kind of specialist would solve it better and we tell you which; or this is not a project yet and something else needs sorting first.
You receive An honest reading of the problem and a recommended next step. -

Scope and proposal
A scope document in business language. It covers what will and will not be built, measurable acceptance criteria, identified security risks with their controls, delivery plan, assumptions and investment.
You receive A document you can take to leadership and defend without translating it. -

Incremental delivery
We work in iterations with demonstrable progress every two weeks. Each delivery is also reviewed against security criteria: access, data handling and traceability.
Someone from your team takes part as counterpart from day one. It is the difference between a solution that gets adopted and one that gets abandoned.
You receive A demo every two weeks, access to progress and a short status report. -

Handover and continuity
Technical, functional and security documentation, training for the team that will run the solution, and a support period after delivery.
You receive Documentation delivered, your team trained, and the freedom to continue with us or without us.
This method is not negotiable in its essentials. It is what separates a technology project from a technology expense.
